To confirm a sale, a purchaser need to pay only RM500 as commitment fee for any Synergy Home or RM 5000 for any commercial unit or detached unit. Within 14 days, the customer must sign the Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA) and all SPA expenses will be paid by the developer if signed with the agreed period. |

Purchaser will be given a set of document to be filled and signed. ASR will assist in the processing of the loan document. |

Purchaser will need to provide all the necessary documents of proof income and ASR sales staff will assist to obtain a Bank Loan. |

ASR will assist in the withdrawal of EPF to purchase Synergy Home. |

Memorandum of Charge (MOC)
Once loan is approved, prepared by the Banker's / Government lawyer and the purchase will sign MOC with the bank/ government concerned. |

Bank or government agency will release money to the developer based on
Sales and Purchase agreement schedule on the amount of work done. |

Once the OP is issued, ASR will hand over the unit purchased to the home owner and any defect will be identified and documentated by the purchaser and ASR will undertake to carry out all the necessary repair and if the repair work needed to take more than one month to complete, ASR project department will write official letter to inform the customer on the matter. |
